The size chart is not accurate. The pair I purchased were a bit tight and I went by their size chart. Emailed company but no response. These lasted 11 months of essentially daily use around my property before splitting and leaking as shown in the photos (tread and toe), which is roughly the same longevity as the Muck Edgewaters they replaced. I am a size 9.5 so size 9 was initially tight but ultimately comfortable. Both developed an annoying squeak (heel end of shank) after a few months but got the job done. I probably would buy them again for $25 (these were listed as "Condition: Used - Very Good" and appeared new) but not full price (which is what I payed for the Mucks on sale).I had bought a pair in this brand before and they lasted longer than 7 months. These only lasted 7 months before they started getting holes in them.Great wearing boot and they keep your feet dry!! Only down is the glue started to no longer hold and start to separate. Lifetime warranty is no joke sent a message and sent pictures and they sent me another pair free of charge buy this boot and you won't regret it...Me gusta por la calidad, estilo y buen precio.I bought these boots as a Father's Day gift and they did not disappoint! I was told they are comfortable and lightweight compared to the other boots he has tried. The only complaint was the length of the shaft; however he is 5'5" so this may not effect a taller person.Keeps the water out but wish they were an inch or two taller is all.Brought these boots to walk to work and back, only 45min walk each way through two fields and a country road, they didn't last two weeks. Paid £49 for them total rubbish, the only good thing about them they were comfortable and didn't leak even in the current state.Do not recommend HISEA boots for anything or anyone.I tried to chat with Amazon but just get CHATbots no human person to talk with, probably due to Coronavirus.I didn't bother with the seller because I don't have time to send them back so probably would not get a refund for them.I thought they were the right size as they seemed nice & snug when I tried them on. But the first time I walked any distance in them I got a blister on each heel!! Now I'll have to get some insoles to stop this. There is a seam on the back inside which could be causing the problem. Apart from that the quality semms good & I have registered for their lifetime warranty, but have no idea what that means as the Hisea website doesn't explain it?Now after 5 months I have found they are leaking from the top of the toe-cap, I only use them for walking in the fields with the dogs, I even think the heels are getting full of water as it gushes out when \i get out of the small stream I have to ford!Buying these boots has been a disaster, having been impressed by the promotion blurb and receiving the boots, but having worn them occasionally throughout this winter, the sole on the left boot has parted company with the inner sole, and there has been a crack developing where the foot bends @ the toes when walking. The main problem has been trying to get some way to contact AMAZON to complain, their system is contrived constructed to make it totally IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with any company representatives. It really demonstrates how anti customer this behemoth company really are, and how profit is the only reason for its existence. Yes, the boots construction is very poor behind the gloss and Amazons promotion blurb. Disappointment is an understatement. They are pretty big and I have to wear a couple of pairs of thick socks but I managed an 8 mile walk with no discomfort and there was no water leakage despite some serious mud and puddles up to the mid-section. They are heavy so if you want lightweight these are not the wellies for you but they are solid and will cope with hard use!Didn't actually wear them as they're too big! Sizes are wrong. Wanted size 5, got size 5 but it was 39, which is a 6! Otherwise look very good, quite bulky feet.
